The presenter said he lives in the house of Preta Gil, training six times a week, taking care of food and also using Monjaro medicine, known as “Ozimpic of the Rich and Famous”, which can cost up to $ 3,000.
“I drink less. Nowadays I drink three doses of whiskey and I put myself in a good place. There is no exaggeration. Medicine helps not only in food, but also in the constriction as a whole. A conscience is created with medicine,” he explained before talking about what was the largest obstacle during the habits process to change.
“In my case, the greatest difficulty was to understand when I ate for anxiety. I started noting: ‘I am hungry, I really need to eat it?’, And I ended up concessing. It comes a lot, life is difficult for everyone, each with their questions … so he must focus.”
Gominho said he managed the compulsion and made during the pandemic. He understood that much of what he ate and consumed was to face a void.
“I have not been diagnosed with a compulsion, but we realize. I like to notice, realize. It was during the pandemic that I realized that my diet was a compulsion, also alcohol. They are the voids that we want to seek, to cover.
