In a judicial event, hemicide said that Fióti would significantly reduce his working time in the company in recent months before leaving.

According to the documents presented by the defense of the rapper, his brother would have dedicated himself only two hours a day to the Ghost Lab since February 2025, without a previous agreement on this change. The decision would have been made unilaterally, which contributed to the worsening of the internal crisis.

The situation was recorded in the report of an internal meeting of the company, held on January 27, 2025. In the document, there is information on the fact that Evandro would have a limited availability for administrative issues and that his journey would have been adequate to comply with other external commitments. However, according to the defense of Evandro, this agreement would not have been fully fulfilled by the rapper, leading to the judicial conflict.

In the file, which is under secret justice, Fióti asks for the blocking of the company’s accounts and asks the miggan of preventing from presenting himself as the sole owner of the Ghost Laboratory. It also claims that his participation in administrative decisions has been reduced without consent and that there are financial issues to be resolved.

In turn, hemicide says that from the beginning he has always held 90% of the company, while Fióti had only 10%. The rapper strengthens that his intention was to structure the transition in an orderly way, but that the partial removal of his brother and the requests made later complicated the process.

So far, hemicide has only commented through his defense, without an official declaration on the case. Fióti also commented on the topic. The process is still underway in the court of San Paolo, waiting for new developments.

The story of the brothers is characterized by a successful partnership in Music and Business Community, transforming the Ghost Lab into one of the main independent culture platforms in Brazil. Now the brand crosses a delicate moment and the resolution of this impasse will define the future of the company and the relationship between the founders.
