During a tour of Japan, a duo of artists wanted to have an alcohol after an show – and they combined for Sharon Osbourne not to see
It is not today that Zakk Wylde remembers with great affection some stories lived with Ozzy Osbournewhether on tours or inside the studio. Now, the guitarist, who also worked with Panther and Black Label SocietyHe revealed that he even had beer hidden with the legendary singer.
Remember that WYLDE still tours around the world in honor of the Black Sabbathlegendary British heavy metal band in which Ozzy sang – and will have a farewell show in 2025. During an interview with Metal Hammerthe artist recalled some of the stories he lived with the singer around the world.
One of them happened in Japan, where the duo hid from Sharon Osbournewife of Ozzyto drink beer in the bathroom. “I remember that we play in [arena] Budokan in Tokyo. I always had a burden of beer with me, just to ensure, if somewhere we were there was no beer, “he said.
Then, Oz Enter the room after the show. He says’Zakky, Zakky… Do you have any beer? ‘ I say, ‘Yes, but I won’t give you one here. You will make us dismissed! Mom [Sharon] It’s on the other side of the corridor – she’ll come and see us drinking, is that good?
“[Ozzy] He says, ‘Okay, I tell you something, I find you in the bathroom.’ So I enter the bathroom, I’m waiting, “he remembered Zakk Wylde. “Suddenly, I hear the door open. He enters the cabin right beside me, and I push a [cerveja da marca] Kirin or Asahi below.
