Band held their first tour of the continent in a decade, with five presentations in the national territory
The first tour of the system of a Down by South America in a decade. The band performed nine shows through the continent, five of them in Brazil.
Curitiba, Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo (three dates) received the band in national territory. In the other countries, they visited Bogota (Colombia), Lima (Peru), Santiago (Chile) and Buenos Aires (Argentina).
30E, producer responsible for the tour, revealed the total number of fans that accompanied the presentations of SERJ TANKIAN (voice), Daron Malakian (guitar), Shavo Odadjian (low) and John Dolmayan (battery). According to the company, 500,000 people were present in the nine performances – ie average of 55,555 people.
At least two shows surpassed this number. Also according to the company, the commitments at Parque Estádio Nacional (Santiago) and Interlagos Autodrome (São Paulo) brought together 70 thousand people each. Were the two largest presentations in the history of 30E, founded in 2021 by the businessman Pepeu Correa. Without both counting, the average audience on the seven other dates was approximately 51,428 fans.
In a note, Correa states:
“The System of a Down tour was the perfect translation of the commitment we have with the artists and the public, for the grandeur, organization and satisfaction of everyone involved. We are certain that this is an important step for our continuous expansion.”
30E projects to hold more than 200 events in 2025. Some of their scheduled shows and tours will be held by names like Avenged Sevenfold, Gilberto Gil, Henrique and Juliano, Paralamas do Sucesso, Natiruts, Damiano Davidbetween others.
System of a Down shows in South America in 2025:
- April 24: Bogota, Colombia (El Campín Stadium);
- April 27: Lima, Peru (National Stadium of Peru);
- April 30: Santiago, Chile (Chilean National Stadium Park);
- May 3: Buenos Aires, Argentina (Vélez Sarsfield Stadium);
- May 6: Curitiba, Brazil (Major Antônio Couto Pereira Stadium);
- May 8: Rio de Janeiro, Brazil (Nilton Santos Engenhão Stadium);
- May 10, 11 and 14: São Paulo, Brazil (10 and 11 at Allianz Parque, 14 at the Interlagos Autodrome).

- August 27 and 28: East Rutherford, United States (Metlife Stadium; with Korn);
- August 31 and September 1: Chicago, United States (Soldier Field; with Avenged Sevenfold);
- September 3 and 5: Toronto, Canada (Rogers Stadium; with Deftones).
