The letter of “Come to Brazil” makes different references to our culture. There are mentions to Corcovado, Amazon, Caipirinhas, Barbecue, “Kissing with both cheeks”, among others. “We started with the lyrics. Then we decided to have some thrash metal, because accelerated metal is such a large part of Brazil, the grave and things like that. So, we did the verses. In the chorus, we needed something ‘hymn’ to sing along. And then we had the part of ‘Olê Olê’ at the end, like a soccer singing. The lyrics come last. ”
Offspring goes to the bar
The clip recordings were not restricted to the arenas and stadiums where the group played. Scenes for this new video were also recorded in the BIU BARlocated in the neighborhood of Pinheiros, west of São Paulo.
