The meeting took place on the 23rd day during a performance by Simone in San João de Amargosa. The moment was shared by the Town Hall.
The fan, identified as Nina, took a poster with the apologies. “Simone, give me the opportunity to apologize for what happened eight years ago,” he wrote.
The artist was able to read the message and called Nina to go on stage. Simone then embraced the fan and said he didn’t hurt because of the event.
“We applaud Nina, wonderful. […] Even if this is never injured in my heart, nor in my sister’s heart, no pain for what happened. You are very special for us, Simaria will be very happy to know that you came here, you are forgiven, “he added.
The event to which the two referred were located in June 2017, also in San João de Amargosa. At the time, the fan got on stage and ended up breaking down Simaria as he tried to embrace her. The fall caused injuries to the singer.
