Album will have 17 tracks and arrives months before the artist landed in Brazil for a show at The Town festival in September
With a few days left for the launch, Travis Scott announced that your next project, Jackboys 2, It will be made available this Sunday, July 13.
According to the shared publication on his Instagram on Thursday night, the project will be presented by Bun b. “The Jack is back with 17 tracks full of classics that make noise in the trunk,” the text said in the poster. Next to the image, the rapper wrote in the caption: “JB2 everywhere on 13/7. Steexes and shouts at the maximum volume.”

The announcement happens a few months after Scott have disclosed the sequence of the compilation LP Jackboys2019, of its label Cactus Jack Recordswith a video of White trash Tyler and the filmmaker Harmony Korine featuring an unreleased song.
EarlyScott shared the track “2000 EXTRAON”with Don Toliver and Sheck Wes. The rapper has also been promoting his project by sending Lamborghinis with the jackboys logo (repeating his previous teaser, which featured a purple Lamborghini next to a horse) to his colleagues artists, including WAKA FLAME FLAME, 21 Savage, Glorilla, Tyla, Vybz kartel and Kodak Black – suggesting possible participation in the next sequence.
Last year, Travis Scott received the annual I am hip hop award in Bet Hip Hop Awardsa tribute granted to artists who have had a significant cultural and creative impact on the genre. He was also the main attraction of the festival Coachella This year at California, turning the event into a big party that lasted all night.
The artist is also in the sights of Brazilians. He arrives in Sao Paulo for a show at The Town on September 6th.
