Musickillet returns to Brazil after 10 years with a new album tour

Hard rock band confirms shows in Sao Paulo, BH and Curitiba in October with the Revolution tour, its 1st independent album

After a decade without visiting the country, the Skillet It’s back. The American band announced three performances on Brazilian soil that take place in October: on the 24th in São Paulo (Audio), 25 in Belo Horizonte (Mister Rock) and 26 in Curitiba (Tork n’roll). The exclusive pre-sale for Fan club opens on July 16 at 10am. Already the general sale starts the next day, at the same time and platform (see at the end of the post).

The return happens in the Revolution12th studio album and the first released independently by the quartet. With an even more direct, heavy and provocative sound, the album features unreleased tracks as “Unpopular”which has already fallen in the taste of fans, and promises to share space with classic hits like “Monster”, “Hero” and “Feel Invincible” In the repertoire of the shows.

Active since the late 1990s, the Skillet It is formed by John Cooper (voice and bass), Korey Cooper (guitar and keyboards), Jen Ledger (battery and vocals) and Seth Morrison (solo guitar). Throughout their career, they have won two Grammy nominations, won a Billboard Music Award and sold over 22 million albums around the world.

In addition to music, the band also expanded their creative universe to comics, with the series EDENpublished by the Z2 Comics, which has become the best -selling publisher to this day. THE Skillet It was also present in Marvel, WWE, ESPN and NFL productions, reinforcing its influence on pop culture.

Now, with the strength of a new album and the enthusiasm of the Brazilian audience, the band promises to make noise and deliver memorable nights in their passage here.
