After an accident, the composer never behaved again

In his profile on social networks, the singer Arlindinho, the son of Arrindo, revealed that his father was able to pronounce some words and feed himself.
Sambista’s photo, however, was worse in July 2023. The musician was again hospitalized, this time at the intensive treatment center of San José Health House, in Rio de Janeiro, to cure pneumonia. Still in 2023, he returned to the hospital and it was almost a month under medical assistance to treat a bacterial paroti.
In 2024, Arrindo had to return to the hospital to treat the respiratory and urinary tract infections. In July of the same year, it was subjected to four dental backgrounds in a hospital environment.
In April 2025, the singer had to be hospitalized again to face pneumonia. At the time, the medical team that was taken care of by Arrindo said in a note that “because of their already delicate health, the case inspires extra treatments”. He was discharged on June 18, after almost 50 days in the hospital.
The singer, however, had to return to the hospital only a few days after being released.
