A video published by Oasis on social networks on August 8 for music “Morning Glory” has generated negative reaction in South Korea. The material has already been erased.
Local fans criticized the band for interpreting that the source sun present in the record refers to the former flag of Japanused as a symbol of militarism at the time of the Japanese Empire and during the World War II. South Korea was Japanese colony.

“You don’t want to sincerely apologize for the spring sun flag and delete the video? Many Korean fans, including me, are very disappointed.”
“You can’t claim ignorance forever. At some point, it’s no longer a mistake. It’s a choice.”
“If you plan to continue disrespecting Korea and never step here again, then you can continue like this. Otherwise, dismiss them (responsible for the video) and hire others.”
