Green Day songs in Rio is canceled; Read Notice

Due to the performance of the return game of the quarterfinals of the Brazilian Cup, between the Botafogo and the Vasco da Gama that will be held on the day September 11according to a draw held on August 12, we inform that due to the impossibility of production and disassembly of the structures of the stage in time, the show of Green Daymarked for day September 9at Nilton Santos Stadium, is canceled.

After the draw, Botafogo and the prosecutor gathered to discuss the best strategy for holding the events. Both agreed that disassembling all the structures of the show in time to release the stadium for the match would be technically unfeasible for a show of this dimension and a game of this importance.

Thus, and after mutual analysis of this technical unfeasibility, the band’s presentation of the band in Rio de Janeiro was defined.

Reimbursement Instructions (sent by production):

The amount will be reimbursed according to the payment method used in the purchase and the guidelines below:

Credit Card (website, application or box office): The reimbursement is automatic and will be completed in up to two invoices from the date of publication and/or submission of this statement. The system will return the value as credit on the card invoice.

Pix (website): The reimbursement is automatic will be completed within 30 days from the date of publication and/or submission of this statement. The system will return the amount in the same account from which the payment came out.

Debt Card (box office): The reimbursement is automatic and will be completed within 30 days from the date of publication and/or submission of this statement. The system will return the amount in the same account from which the payment came out.

• North Box Office – Rua das Workshops S/N – Engenho de Dentro
• Tuesday to Saturday – from 10am to 5pm
• It is not operational on holidays, holiday amendments, games days or on event days from other companies.

Important:

• It is not possible to change the form of refund (example: of deposit credit card, or in a different payment account)
• Livepass installment insurance and interest rates will be reimbursed normally if they have been charged.
• The service rate will also be reimbursed.
• We are unable to enter the specific date in which the reimbursement will be processed, only the maximum deadline. For Pix and Debit Card: within 30 days from the date of publication and/or submission of this statement. For Credit Card: In up to two invoices from the date of publication and/or submission of this statement.
• Even if the card used on purchase is canceled or locked, your bank will receive the amount. Wait for our system email confirming the reimbursement processing to contact the bank. After processing, when the bank identifies the amount we send, the appropriate procedures for return may be completed.
• We are not responsible for purchases made from outside the official Livepass channels.
