After completing the initial stage of the tour RUN FOR YOU LIVES with the Iron Maiden, Bruce Dickinson He was able to return his attention to his solo career, resumed last year with the album The Mandrake Project. Last weekend, the singer held a series of two intimate and warm -up shows at the House of Blues in Las Vegas.
Already on the first date, Friday, 22, Dickinson surprised the audience by performing a song that Iron Maiden never played live. It is about “Flash of the Blade”track present on the disc Powerslave (1984) whose letter addresses his passion for fencing.
In interviews, Bruce has made it clear that, unlike the 2024 solo tour – which passed through Brazil in the first half – Maiden’s tracks will be included in the repertoire of the next shows. The preference is for compositions signed only by him.
