Heavy Metal in Guanabara? A legendary English band of the genre shook social networks last Tuesday, 2, highlighting a photo taken in the stores of the supermarket chain of Rio de Janeiro.

It is worth remembering that the supermarket chain operates in the city of Rio de Janeiro, Niterói, São Gonçalo and municipalities of Baixada Fluminense, however, gained national notoriety due to the “Guanabara Anniversary”. According to the Guanabara official note, in the first 15 days on the shelves, about 1,000 drinking units were sold.

Eddie’s Blend Darkest Red wine is a limited edition. It was developed with the participation of Iron Maiden musicians and offers, according to a note, “an intense and full -bodied red blend”, aged six to nine months in Porto wine barrels. On the palate, “highlights notors of blackberries, black cherries and plums, with subtle spices and remarkable end touches”.

The alcohol content is 13.5%. The label was inspired by music “Darkest Hour”from the album Senjutsu (2021).
