In a break from the weekends of shows, the city of music hosts on Wednesday the “The Town Learning Journey”, which uses the management of the festival as a live case study on leadership and innovation
Even with the gates closed to the general public, the city of music, at the Interlagos racetrack, is in full swing on Wednesday, September 10. The place hosts today the second edition of The Town Learning Journeyan executive immersion event that transforms the complex operation of the festival into a real -time case study for 350 managers and entrepreneurs.
Conceived by Provoke EducaInment Club in partnership with HSM, the project proposes a journey of more than 10 hours of content, in which participants learn about management, leadership and sustainability directly with those responsible for organizing the mega event.
The experience acts as a “live case study” (live case study), conducted by more than 20 rock world executives, the creative company of The Town and from Rock in Rioand strategic partners. Among the speakers are state -of -the -art names, such as the CEO Luis Justothe cbro Roberta Medina and the CPO Rodolfo Medinawhich share the challenges and solutions behind an operation that involves multiple audiences, high investment and large brand exposure.
The content of the program is divided into three main pillars: “Leadership in complexity”, “strategic engagement” and “sustainability as a present value”. Knowledge trails address from crisis and reputation management to social and environmental value creation and public engagement through brand narratives.
The concept, created in 2015 by AGATHA ARÊASfounder of Provoke and former marketing director of the Rock in Riohas formed more than 4,700 executives in Brazil and Portugal, using the backstage of major events as a practical and innovative teaching platform.
