Paulo Ricardo sings the Beatles and the Rolling Stones at the inauguration in November
Known as the mecca of rock n’ roll, the Cavern Club, a Liverpool pub where bands love Beatles, Rolling Stones AND Oasis they performed their first shows and opened their first branch outside England, in São Paulo. The Brazilian version of the “Beatles Pub”, which almost closed its doors during the pandemic, will open on November 15, with performances by Paolo Ricardowho will play songs by the Liverpool Quartet and the Stones.
The bar will be located on the third floor of Shopping Vila Olímpia, west of São Paulo, and will have a space of 1,100 m². The venue will seek to replicate the interior of the original Cavern Club, with a hall of fame of English and Brazilian artists and a collection of iconic rock objects. Additionally, the branch will also have an exclusive menu of food and drinks.
The new Cavern Club has also announced a full schedule of shows, with artists such as Titãs, Kiko Zambianchi, Léo Jaime, Blitz and more confirmed to play at the bar, which will perform live from Thursday to Sunday.

In addition to providing tickets to performances by renowned musicians via Ticketmaster, the Cavern Club has also opened registration for other artists wishing to perform on its stage, with a dedicated page on its official website.

The Liverpool Cavern Club
Opened in 1957, the Cavern Club has hosted some of the biggest names in world music. In addition to the Beatles and the Stones, the bar has hosted concerts by The WHO, queen, Iron Maiden, Eric Clapton and not only that, all immortalized with their names engraved on the bricks of the pub’s external walls. Among the Brazilians who have received the honor are Gilberto Gil, Andrea Kisser AND Ivan Lins.
The Cavern Club of Sao Paulo
The Cavern Club in Sao Paulo, the first location outside England, will open on November 15, with the restaurant open every day, from 11am to 4pm, while shows will take place from Thursday to Sunday, with sessions at 8pm and 10.30pm.
