The make-up artist Regiana Anacleto was the winner of the Musa do Sertanejo competition, promoted by Arena Itu. At 30, the winner is a veteran of competitions like this one. This is her fifth title, the second only in 2022. Earth – Why did you apply for the Musa do Sertanejo competition?
Reggiane Anacleto – I am passionate about rodeos and everything it represents, because in addition to the schedule of the shows and the entertainment itself, there is an entirely positive impact behind it. For example, Arena Itu is generating 4,000 jobs. In addition, it relaunches the local commerce economy, mainly footwear and clothing. Tourism is also increasing – the hotels are already fully booked – and also improving the country’s sport and culture, bringing to Itu a whole economic, tourist and cultural impact. Being part of a “rodeo court” is also part of the history of the party and this is very rewarding for me.
Earth – How was your reaction when you found out you won?
Reggiane Anacleto – I was extremely happy and honored with the opportunity. This contest happened through popular vote, I got a lot of support from my family, friends and followers.
Earth – Have you already participated in similar contests?
Reggiane Anacleto – O Musa do Sertanejo is my fifth title. This year I was even the queen of the Bragança Paulista rodeo. my city. The other titles were godmother of pedestrians Bragança (2014); Princess of Bragança Paulista (2017); and the queen of the rodeo and Pinhalzinho (2018).
Earth – What are your country idols?
Reggiane Anacleto – Zé Neto and Cristiano, Jorge and Matheus and Henrique and Juliano (all will perform at the Itu Arena).
Terra – You are a make-up artist. What tips do you give for perfect makeup?
Reggiane Anacleto – Preparing the skin for me is the main thing. Using the most suitable products for each skin type contributes a lot to a better finish and durability.

Reggiane Anacleto – For a “rodeo cut”, which uses the typical costumes, I find it interesting to use a more elaborate make-up, highlighting both the eyes and the lips. For the general public, especially if you’re planning on wearing a hat, make sure your eyes are more prominent. But the trick must follow the personal tastes of each.
Earth – How to make the make-up last a long time, given that the event program is long?
Reggiane Anacleto – The secret lies in the pre-make-up, i.e. the products used before the foundation, such as cleanser, hydration and primer, a foundation suitable for the type of skin and sealing with translucent powder guarantee a longer duration.
Earth – And in relation to hair, which hairstyle do you think is cool to use?
Reggiane Anacleto – If you are going to wear a hat, loose hair with waves or curls. If you are not going to use it, you can make a semi-up, some details with the braids, they are beautiful.
Terra – What’s your fashion style?
Reggiane Anacleto – I don’t have a unique style, if I like a piece I use it.
Terra – What piece can not miss in your wardrobe?
Reggiane Anacleto – Jeans are timeless and go with everything.
Earth – What accessories cannot be missing to go to an event like that of Itu?
Reggiane Anacleto – A comfortable boot to enjoy the party until the end, belts and earrings with precious stones give a special touch to the look. And, of course, a hat is closed with a gold key.

Reggiane Anacleto – The looks that the event will make available will be the typical costumes, I will have access to them only on the days of the event. Yes, I will go every day, I hope to enjoy my kingdom a lot.

The 14th edition of the Itu Rodeo will be held at the Itu Arena. The headquarters are located at kilometer 18 of the Rodovia Deputado Archimedes Lammoglia (SP-75), in the section between the Rodovia do Açúcar and the access to Rodovia Castello Branco, in the city of Itu.
