O green Day landed in Brazilian lands this Wednesday, 07. With a big show scheduled in Rio de Janeiro next Saturday, 09, the artists were photographed as they left Galeão international airport.
The American punk rock band is one of the attractions that arrive in Brazil this week. In addition to Billie Joe Armstrong, Mike Dirnt and Tre Coolartists like Avril Lavigne, Dua Lipa and the group Måneskin are already staying in Brazilian hotels.
Upon disembarking in Rio de Janeiro, the members of the green Day interacted with fans waiting outside the airport, posing for photos and signing autographs — initially, Mike stated that the group had no time to pay attention to all the fans, but, when called by the band’s admirers, Billie Joe went to greet people.
The North American band arrives in Brazil shortly after two great performances in the United States, one in Chicago Lollapalooza and the other in Outside Lands Music & Arts Festival, in San Francisco. In his fourth visit to Brazil, however, the green Day will only perform in Rio de Janeiro.
