Singer Carolzinha released this Tuesday (20), the last clip of his solo EP, Face. The single, already available on digital platforms by Som Livre, which bears the name of the project, is a partnership with the singer Marcela Veigaand concludes the first of the three phases of the duo’s new work Carol and Vittoria.
As in the other songs of the EP, the work enhances female power and is inspired by the world of games with elements of pop, rap music And trapmarking the new professional moment of Carol and the encounter with its sound.
The artist came up with the idea for the song when he received a comment on the Youtube of the duo who said she and her sister, Victory, they seemed financially dependent on a man. From there, Carol decided to speak in the project of the game of the status and the superficiality so strong in the entertainment world: “I see, I want, I can, I can / And the face doesn’t even shake / Look at my close-up but don’t run with me / Say I’m dependent on a boy / I’m the boy / I’m the boy”verses in the chorus of Face.
