The musician suffered a fall at his home in the United States
DH Peligrodrummer of the band Kennedy dead, died at his home in Los Angeles, United States, last Friday, 28, the group said in a statement. The cause of death was a head injury caused by an accidental fall.
“We ask that you respect the privacy of the family during this difficult time. Thank you for your comforting thoughts and words.”
The musician joined Dead Kennedys in its early years in 1981. The group did not play between 1986 and 2001, then reunited, with DH Peligro among the members until the time of his death. He also briefly separated from his peers in 2008, returning shortly after.
In 1988, the drummer also had a short stint in the Red Hot Chilli Peppers band.
