Matthew Carlho performed this Saturday night (7pm) at Hopi Pride Festival, in Sao Paulo. We celebrate five years of one of the biggest festivals LGBTQIA+ from Brazil, the singer lined up hits during the presentation, such as Hunting night, Take, Privê, Beat, Sensual Body And He arrives🇧🇷
During the show, the singer talked about his first solo album, which will be released in 2023, and gave a little spoiler about the project: “I can say I’m in love with my new album, it’s the first of my solo career. It’s a work with other nuances and a different sound from my previous songs. I think some people will be surprised, it’s a very special and important project for myself”declared the artist.
OR single lead from the album will be released soon and Matteo was eager to share the new work with the public: “We have built a narrative for this record, it has a beginning, a middle and an end. I can’t wait to tell you all the news. Very soon you will hear the first single”.
In addition to the album release, Mateus is also working on creating a new show: “In 2023 everything will be new: album, show, band, choreography and costumes. There’s a lot to come.”
The artist also commented on the importance of community-facing festivals LGBTQIA+ as the Hopi pride🇧🇷 “This event is a great celebration of respect, equality and diversity. It is very important to have more and more spaces where people from the community can sing and show their art”the musician pointed out.
