CAIXA, encouraging public transparency and considering it essential for the strengthening of democracy and the development of citizenship, records all advertising expenses on a monthly basis at https://www.caixa.gov.br/acesso-a-informacao/advertising- expenses/Pages /default.aspx. The amounts of the fees paid are communicated within 90 days of completion, as a monthly expense, by agency, under the heading “Commissions”. The main information on the execution of contracts is detailed on a monthly basis, in compliance with the principle of active transparency, in line with the legal practice of the public administration.
The bank clarifies that the artist was hired through an image usage right contract between the company that manages his image and the advertising agency hired through a tender, pursuant to law 12.232/2010, which regulates the recruitment of advertising agencies. Government.”
