At the invitation of the project Rolling Stone New Voicessinger WD will perform at Blue Note SP on March 22, 2023. The artist is responsible for the hit “I am,” which has more than three million plays on Spotify and is part of the eponymous EP released in 2018.
The song in question is a cry of resistance and the lyrics talk about race, prejudice and struggle, while rescuing some childhood memories. Another major highlight in the career of WDwho has been involved with music since he was eight years old, is his participation in The Voice Brazil 2021a reality show in which he charmed all the competition judges by singing “Eu Sou.”
