Myleene Klass copied Victoria Beckham's signature high leg pose on Instagram on Monday to promote her new Freemans fashion range after declining a Hear'Say reunion.

The singer and broadcaster threw one leg high into the air in a pair of killer heels while seated on a pink vintage sofa. She wore a £65 black glitzy party dress featuring sheer sleeves and a keyhole detail at the neckline to showcase the new Freemans party collection.

Klass demonstrated her flexibility by posing at several different angles across the sofa in the promotional video and photographs, which she captioned: "Sofa surfing." Freemans is a long-running British retail brand known for its fashion and homeware collections.

Victoria Beckham's signature leg pose and Spice Girls parallel
The high leg kick mirrors a viral social media pose frequently shared by Victoria Beckham. The former Spice Girls star and fashion designer regularly posts photographs of herself raising one leg straight into the air while lounging on a couch, working from home, or travelling, and she credits her ballerina classes for her flexibility.

Beyond the matching pose, both Klass and Beckham seem to be the only members of their respective pop groups who have chosen not to rejoin their former bandmates in recent years. While the rest of the Spice Girls have reunited without Beckham, Klass is the sole member sitting out the upcoming Hear'Say comeback.

Klass first rose to public prominence as a member of the pop group Hear'Say before establishing a career as a classically trained pianist, radio host, and television presenter.
Myleene Klass's explanation on Loose Women
Klass is the only original star not taking part in the Hear'Say reunion after the group announced a huge anniversary tour alongside fellow Popstars group Liberty X. Clarifying her decision not to join the two-week tour, she has continued with a busy schedule of public appearances, including attending the 2026 Sky Arts Awards and Classic FM Live.

Classic FM Live is the flagship concert event staged by the national classical music radio station where Klass presents a regular show, while the Sky Arts Awards celebrate achievements across British arts and culture.
Speaking previously to viewers on the daytime television talk show Loose Women, where she serves as a panellist, Klass said her former bandmates "were really sweet, and they did include me in the discussions..." before explaining why she turned the offer down.
She said: "But it's not something I can commit to at the moment. I just really can't. I know that they're still figuring out a lot of the moving parts of it. But for me, I'm just super busy. I'm committed to you guys."
Her absence has divided opinion online. Fans took to social media to claim that Klass is acting as though Hear'Say's two-week tour is "beneath her", while other commenters insisted she needs to remember her roots.

Hear'Say and Liberty X 25th anniversary tour
Hear'Say were formed on the same television talent show, Popstars, as Liberty X before splitting in 2002. The reality competition series auditioned aspiring singers to create a new pop group on screen, with the winning contestants forming Hear'Say and the runners-up launching Liberty X.

Four of Hear'Say's original members, Danny Foster, Noel Sullivan, Suzanne Shaw, and Kym Marsh, are taking part in the 25-year anniversary tour alongside Liberty X. Following the group's split in 2002, its members moved into separate careers across television acting, musical theatre, broadcasting, and live performance.
The remaining members of Hear'Say addressed Klass's absence from the 25-year reunion during an interview on the daytime television programme This Morning earlier this month, describing her decision not to join them as "a shame".

Marsh said: "We feel so lucky to do this again... it's a shame Myleene can't come with us but it just isn't the time for her. She's busy. But we had to take the opportunity because there's nine of us... It's a shame but we're so excited."
When asked by presenter Cat whether there was "ever any doubt in her mind" about signing up for the tour, Marsh replied: "Not in terms of doing it, it was more a case of can we make it happen with our 'day jobs'," while co-host Ben Shephard pointed out the family logistics the performers had to balance.
Sullivan also revealed on the programme that the band had previously attempted to stage a reunion for their 20th anniversary, which "they couldn't make work", making him happy to be back for the 25th anniversary milestone. Other pop groups from the same chart era, including Atomic Kitten, Five (5ive), Blue, B*Witched, and The Pussycat Dolls, have previously reunited for tours, though without experiencing the same buzz surrounding the joint Hear'Say and Liberty X shows.
