British singer Myles Smith has announced an expanded World Tour that will take him through the United States, Canada, Europe and the United Kingdom, adding international stops to the run he first revealed earlier this year.
Smith unveiled the initial dates for his tour, titled "My Mess, My Heart, My Life," on June 11, with shows announced only in North America. He has now added a full international leg covering Europe and the UK alongside further US and Canadian dates, expanding the tour into a genuinely global run.
Hidden surprises on the poster
Alongside the new dates, Smith posted an Instagram story telling fans to look closely at the tour poster, hinting that they might notice something. Beneath the European and UK dates, part of the poster was left blurred and unreadable, marked only with the letters "TBA," short for "to be announced."
In the post revealing the poster, Smith said the "My Mess, My Heart, My Life Tour" had finally arrived. He said he and his team had put everything into making it the best show they had ever put on, and that he could not wait for fans to experience it. He added that there were several surprises waiting along the way and urged fans to make sure they got there, before encouraging followers to buy tickets quickly before they sold out.
He closed the post by saying that if the poster meant anything, it was that the tour had only just begun. No Spanish dates appeared on the poster, and fans took the remark as a hint that further shows could still be announced.
Debut album inspired the tour name
The tour shares its title with Smith's debut album, "My Mess, My Heart, My Life," which he has said grew out of personal notes he wrote after attending therapy. The record spans 15 tracks addressing his own mental health.
Vancouver show cancelled
The tour announcement came days after Smith cancelled a concert that had been scheduled for August 4 in Vancouver, citing a serious family health emergency.
He explained the decision in a statement posted to his Instagram stories, saying he did not want to leave fans without knowing why. He said there had been a serious family health problem at home and that important appointments would fall on the date of the concert, meaning he simply could not be there. He said family had to come first and that the decision had not been taken lightly.
Smith acknowledged that fans had spent hard-earned money on tickets and had made travel plans and taken time off to attend. He said that fans continuing to turn up to his shows meant more than words could express, and that he never wanted to take for granted the trust they had built together.
He clarified that the cancellation affected only the Vancouver date and not the rest of the tour, and said he could not wait to see his fans elsewhere. He thanked fans for their understanding, patience and continued support, saying it truly meant the world to him.
