September 3 features five major releases across different networks. In addition to the second season of The Gentlemen on Netflix and the premiere of M.I.A. on SkyShowtime, SkyShowtime is also debuting Pura sangre. SkyShowtime is a joint venture streaming platform operating across European markets.

Movistar Plus+, the Spanish subscription television service operated by Telefónica, premieres Creednos on September 3. The same day, Disney+, the global streaming provider owned by The Walt Disney Company, launches season two of Chad Powers.

The releases continue heading into the weekend. On September 4, Prime Video, the video streaming service operated by Amazon, releases the seventh season of motoring series The Grand Tour. Netflix also debuts El mundo de Alix Earle on September 4, highlighting content centered on the popular social media personality.

The weekly schedule concludes on September 6 with SkyShowtime premiering Aces: The ATP No.1 Club. The documentary project focuses on the top ranks of the Association of Tennis Professionals, the governing body of men's professional tennis.

Platform strategies for late summer releases

The shift into September marks a key transition for subscription streaming services as they update their programming schedules. Providers are relying on a mixture of brand-new original dramas and returning established franchises to attract viewers.

Subscribers across major platforms will see new episodes and series arrivals throughout the seven-day period. Further programming updates are expected as services continue adding titles into the autumn season.
