Nicole Kidman looked much younger than her 59 years as she attended a charity event in New York City on Friday, appearing with a taut and seemingly wrinkle-free face on the red carpet.
The actress was among the guests at Charity Day 2026, hosted by the Cantor Fitzgerald Relief Fund at BGC Group. She wore a business-chic outfit consisting of a brown blazer with double-breasted lapels, matching trousers, a white button-down shirt and a scarf tied like a necktie.

Later that day, Kidman was spotted at the US Open at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center with a group of friends. For the match, she wore a preppy look featuring a cropped, pinstriped button-down, ankle-length jeans and white sneakers.
Kidman's New York outings follow Practical Magic press tour
Kidman's appearances in New York on Friday came after a busy press tour for the long-awaited sequel to Practical Magic, which also stars Sandra Bullock. The frequent red carpet appearances and photo opportunities have fueled speculation that Kidman has had cosmetic work done to maintain her youthful appearance.

Boob job speculation follows Los Angeles premiere
Kidman sparked breast augmentation rumors after she wore a low-cut, lace gown to the Los Angeles premiere of Practical Magic 2 in late August. The eye-catching look prompted a wave of speculation, with some questioning whether her appearance was the result of cosmetic surgery.

Among those weighing in was Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Cat Begovic, who told the Daily Mail exclusively that the latest photos suggest Kidman has had a breast augmentation. Dr. Begovic has not personally treated or examined the actress, but said Kidman appears to have a "more defined cleavage and upper pole fullness," which she said could indicate breast implants.
"They look to me to be around 225-250 CC moderate projection," Dr. Begovic said, adding that the implants "are proportionate to her frame and she looks feminine and stunning."
Breast implants come in a range of projections, from flatter, teardrop-shaped "low profile" options to rounder, fuller "high" or "ultra-high profile" implants.
Kidman has previously spoken about Botox use
Kidman, who has faced breast augmentation rumors for years, has previously admitted to trying Botox but said she stopped using the injectable after being unhappy with the results. She has never confirmed or denied undergoing breast augmentation. The Daily Mail has reached out to her representatives for comment.

There was also a lighter moment tied to the cleavage chatter at the Los Angeles premiere. Bullock, Kidman's longtime friend and co-star, joked to People that despite knowing Kidman for around three decades, her "boobs are still in the same place."

Fans praised Kidman's 'more natural' look on the BBC
Kidman was recently praised for a "more natural" appearance during an interview about Practical Magic 2 on the BBC. During the sit-down, she smiled broadly as she talked animatedly about her love for cats, and her face appeared less taut than fans are accustomed to seeing.
Several viewers took to social media to praise her appearance, saying they preferred her softer, more relaxed features. "Finally some movement around her eyes and forehead! So much better," one person wrote. "Nicole looks so good. More natural... it looks so gorgeous," a second added.
"Looks absolutely stunning! Less Botox totally worth it!" another wrote, while someone else added: "Nicole is a little more natural... Finally!"
