Nicole Kidman was pictured grinning alongside private equity mogul Michael Reinstein after he collected her in his £250,000 Ferrari 296 GTB in Los Angeles, ten months after she announced her split from Keith Urban.
The 59-year-old actress had just flown in from New York when 54-year-old Reinstein picked her up. It was the latest sighting of the pair, who were first linked romantically last month after being spotted together on a balcony at the exclusive Belmond Splendido hotel in Portofino, Italy.
Who is Michael Reinstein
Reinstein, who is from Los Angeles, is the founder and chairman of Regent, a private equity firm based in Beverly Hills that has been running for 13 years. Under his leadership, the firm has built an eclectic portfolio that includes fashion brands Escada, La Senza and Club Monaco, as well as titles such as Sunset magazine.
The businessman is estimated to be worth £250 million. He holds a law degree from Pepperdine University and remains a member of the California State Bar.
Kidman and Urban's divorce
Kidman and Urban, who were married for 19 years, are reported to have been living separately since the summer of 2025 before their split was made public in September. Kidman filed for divorce the following day, September 30, citing irreconcilable differences.
The divorce was finalised on January 6, 2026, when the pair reached a settlement agreement. Kidman was reportedly named primary parent to their two daughters, Sunday Rose, 18, and Faith Margaret, 15.
A source close to Kidman told the Daily Mail that after everything she went through with Keith, she deserved to find happiness. The source said she never thought her marriage wouldn't work out and tried as best she could to keep her family intact, adding that her daughters are her best friends and that she seems really content in her life.
