Olivia Attwood has admitted she suffered a mini nervous breakdown this week before drunkenly promising to share screenshots about her cheating ex Bradley Dack. The former Love Island star, 35, reflected on her frantic week with Instagram followers after teasing that nobody knows what she will do next.

The presenter joked about what she should do to complete her hectic schedule. "What shall I do next... marriage, shave my head or get a neck tattoo," she asked her fans on Instagram, later adding, "There's actually 10 more hours left until it's one week, what shall I do? Neck tattoo, shave my head, get married, come on!"

Reading from her diary, Attwood outlined her packed timeline after returning from 24 hours in Ibiza. "I was just reading my diary... [I] landed back from 24 hours in Ibiza. [Then] had a mini nervous breakdown, threatened to release everything from my receipts and screenshots folder," she said. "Go to [Christian] Louboutin to calm my nervous system with new shoes, didn't calm me enough so I went dancing in a gay bar until 5am."

Events of a Frantic Week

Attwood continued describing her schedule over the past week. "Got up the next morning, I thought f*** this. Got on a plane to St Tropez and partied in St Tropez for three days," she said. "Land in the UK, appeared on breakfast television to promote my new show. Said new show Price Of Perfection goes to number one on ITVX, the most watched show on the platform."

She also completed work tasks and personal errands before releasing her magazine cover. "Drives to Wales to collect my two dogs from doggy residential and back. Had a meeting to find out four major supermarket chains want to stock Savano. My Cosmopolitan magazine cover has launched... it's not even been a week," she added.

Spontaneous London Night Out

Last week, Attwood went on a seven-hour bender in London after teasing that she would share messy screenshots. She branded Brad's new love interest Emily Moloney his "bit on the side" after the pair were pictured together.

Earlier this week Olivia went on a seven-hour bender after teasing she would share screenshots about Brad (pictured together in 2021)

After fans urged her to publish the images, her manager stepped in. "So the screenshots are on pause because my manager wanted me to be the bigger person," Attwood told her followers. "So I'm going to have a spontaneous night out but I'm wearing vans so obviously we're going to go and buy some shoes."

During her spontaneous day and night out, Attwood drank champagne in Selfridges, bought Christian Louboutin heels, and ended up at Freedom Bar in Soho.

Financial Decisions and Marriage Teething Issues

In her first interview since the breakup, Attwood told Cosmopolitan magazine that she did not sign legal agreements to protect her fortune. She explained that the relationship began experiencing "teething issues" right after their wedding in 2023.

In just the past week, Olivia has partied in Ibiza and St Tropez, enjoyed a spontaneous seven-hour bender in London, purchased designer gifts for herself and launched a magazine cover where she spilled all about her split from Brad

Attwood shared advice her sister gave her regarding financial protections. Her sister told her, "If it was a man who was skeptical about their partner’s honesty, and they didn’t legally bind themselves to a person, everyone would be like, 'Good for you, because she would’ve taken half your money.'"

Attwood said she faced harsh criticism for taking the same approach. "I did the same thing and they wanted to burn me at the f****** stake. Where would I be now [if we had signed?] It’s been hard enough untangling our lives," she told the magazine.

Discovery of Infidelity and Split

Attwood stated she was "living in a grey area" with Dack for years because she was blinded by love until "everything suddenly lined up." She detailed the moment a woman informed her that Dack had "gone back with a random girl" on a night out.

The presenter jokingly asked fans on Instagram 'What shall I do next... marriage, shave my head or get a neck tattoo', to complete her hectic week

That revelation served as the turning point that prompted her to end their 12-year relationship in January. "There was nowhere left for him to hide. As soon as I knew it had happened to me, I couldn’t stay. The only person I would be cheating is myself," she said.

Attwood accused Dack of cheating on her multiple times across ten years. "I have stood by Brad for the last ten years during which he lied and cheated on me multiple times. The breakdown of our relationship is because of this," she previously wrote.

She described covering up for him and seeking help during their time together. "I was in love with him and the potential I saw in him and wanted always to help him try to be the best version of himself - as I did for 10 years - covering up. Lying to my family and friends. Arranging therapy. Believing the grovelling apologies," she wrote. "I of course now feel like a f*****g idiot. (Especially as more things come to the surface) I never wanted to say any of this. I find the whole situation utterly humiliating."

Broadcaster Relationship and New Partner

Attwood explained that a confrontation at a TV event led to her final decision to leave. "This January when I was confronted at the screening of one of my shows by someone reporting to me yet another night he had gone back with a random girl - I decided it was time to finally leave," she recalled.

She also confirmed that her working relationship with ITV remains strong following reports that the broadcaster was furious over the fake wedding scandal. "I'm not losing my job, I'm not pulling the wool over anyone's eyes. Yes I'm dating," she stated. "Yes I'm getting up every single day even when I have cried all night to film the shows I love filming, record my podcast, record my radio show, shoot campaigns and somewhere in there TRY to move on."

Attwood is now in a relationship with her long-time friend Pete Wicks, and she gushed about their relationship during the interview.
