The second season of One Hundred Years of Solitude premieres on Netflix on August 5, with seven of its eight episodes dropping simultaneously on that date.
The series adapts Gabriel Garcia Marquez’s novel of the same name, following multiple generations of the Buendia family as they live in the fictional town of Macondo. The characters struggle under a family curse while trying to find happiness.
The eighth and final episode will arrive on August 26. That concluding installment will be released in the format of a feature-length film, bringing the series to a close.
