Paris Hilton, 45, enjoyed an Italian family vacation on Saturday, posing on a yacht in Sardinia while her husband Carter Reum, 45, snapped photos of her. The heiress, who performed in England days ago, sported a black trucker hat embroidered with the phrase "trophy wife" in gold.

Hilton modeled a multicolor swimsuit and matching sarong that exposed her backside as she posed for Reum. The long-sleeved, low-cut, zip-up look teased her cleavage, and the socialite wore black sunglasses with her blonde locks styled in two low pigtails peaking out from under her hat.

Reum, a venture capitalist who married Hilton in 2021, joined her on the boat wearing a long-sleeved white T-shirt and blue shorts.

Family vacation in Sardinia
The couple were joined on the yacht by their young children, three-year-old son Phoenix and daughter London, who turns three in November. Hilton spent time seated with one of her kids on her lap and paid close attention to her tot during the outing at sea.

Days before the Italian trip, Hilton dressed as Ginger Spice in a Union Jack dress to perform at Brighton And Hove Pride In The Park in England.

Surrogacy and family life
Hilton and Reum welcomed both of their children via surrogacy. Reflecting on motherhood in an Instagram post last year, Hilton wrote, "Watching Phoenix and London grow up side by side is the greatest gift." She added, "Best friends from the very beginning. There’s nothing like having a sibling to laugh with, learn with, and always feel understood by."
Following Phoenix's birth in January 2023, Hilton kept the pregnancy secret from her family until a week after he was born. She wanted privacy as she prepared for her first child and worried the news would leak if relatives knew beforehand.
Speaking on her This Is Paris podcast, she explained that not even her mother, sisters, or best friend knew until he was over a week old. She said, "It was really nice to have that with Carter, be our own journey together. I just feel like my life has been so public, and I've never really had anything be just mine. So when we were talking about it, I really felt that I wanted this journey to be for us only."
Business ventures and documentary release
Beyond parenting, Hilton has a robust professional life as a DJ and businesswoman. She launched her skincare brand Parivie in May 2025.
According to its website, "Parívie blends breakthrough science with skincare to shape what’s next. Powered by cutting-edge ingredients and decades of lived beauty expertise, our high-performance formulas are crafted to deliver radiant, visible results."
Hilton's documentary film Infinite Icon: A Visual Memoir premiered earlier this year. According to ParisHilton.com, the film "traces Paris's music journey - from her childhood dreams to her club-going adolescence, from her debut album to her musical reinvention."
The documentary is named after her second studio album, Infinite Icon, which was released in September 2025. Speaking to PEOPLE at the time, Hilton described the project as an "evolution" from her "party girl era" in the 2000s to the present day.
At December's inaugural TikTok Awards, Hilton told the outlet she was "just so proud" of the documentary ahead of its theatrical release on January 30. She said, "It’s such a powerful story, and I think being an 'infinite icon' is about inspiring others to be authentic and to own their narrative and to make a difference in the world."
