Spanish actor Pepón Nieto and stylist Edu Román were eliminated from "Maestros de la Costura Celebrity" in a double exit during the latest episode of the sewing competition, broadcast on La 1, the flagship channel of Spain's public broadcaster RTVE.
The episode opened with a runway challenge inspired by the imaginary world of Max Alexander, a nine-year-old American prodigy designer who made a guest appearance on the show. Stylist Josie came out on top of that first round, earning the coveted golden apron and the safety it carries, while Pepón Nieto and Edu Román landed at the bottom of the table and were forced into a direct head-to-head.
Lorenzo Caprile confirms Pepón Nieto's exit
Judge Lorenzo Caprile delivered the panel's verdict confirming Pepón Nieto's elimination. The Málaga-born actor gave a positive assessment of his own progress on the show, recalling that he had arrived at the workshop with no prior knowledge of how to use a sewing machine or thread a bobbin. The judges acknowledged his commitment and attitude throughout the weeks of filming.

"Maestros de la Costura Celebrity" is the celebrity edition of RTVE's long-running sewing competition, in which well-known figures from Spanish entertainment are trained and judged on their garment-making skills by a panel of fashion professionals, with Caprile among its regular judges.
Second elimination after visit from Isabel Sanchís and Paula Maiques
The night did not let up after the first result. Designers Isabel Sanchís and Paula Maiques visited the workshop for a final test packed with bold proposals, drawing inspiration ranging from British designer Vivienne Westwood to surrealist touches.
The episode closed with the night's second blow, as Edu Román was eliminated. The stylist defended the execution of his final piece as he said goodbye to the workshop and hung up his apron for the last time.
