Insiders cited by the Daily Mail report that the Prince and Princess of Wales have remained silent following news of the Duke of Sussex returning to his homeland. Journalist Peter Hunt said William was likely beside himself with rage over the development.
Hunt noted that Harry's presence in Britain could create two competing courts in the long term. In the short term, the journalist said the move would allow Harry to strengthen his reconciliation with his father, King Charles III, while making it harder for William to avoid a reunion.
Escalating tension and past allegations
