Princess Andre asked her mother Katie Price "what have you done?" after Katie revealed severely swollen lips following corrective surgery on her reality show, The Princess Diaries.
Katie arrived on set just 24 hours after travelling to Brussels for the procedure, explaining that her butterfly lip filler had migrated and caused scarring and lumps. She emerged with her hand covering her mouth before removing it to show the results.
Katie described the procedure, saying the doctors numbed her face, cut under her nostrils, and burned out scar tissue. She said she could smell her flesh burning and that the procedure took 45 minutes. She added that she knew she would be swollen but did not expect it to be so severe.
Princess responded with "what the hell?" before telling the camera she did not know why her mother had the procedure done. She added that she did not think her mother needed any more surgery, but said she was happy as long as Katie was happy.
The episode also featured Katie showing off the results of a recent boob job, with Princess and her brother Junior both reacting to the uneven results. Junior said the implants were bouncing around on camera, while Princess teased that they looked good but might pop.
Elsewhere in the episode, Princess and Junior joined their father Peter at a barbecue, where differing parenting styles came up. Peter said he had been strict about phones when they were young. Princess then revealed she had secretly kept a second phone he did not know about, including at school. When she asked Peter how he would handle her having a boyfriend stay over, he said the boyfriend would still have to sleep downstairs, even though she is now 18.
