The content creator from Seville, in southern Spain, posted a photograph taken in front of a mirror wearing the matching knitwear outfit from the flagship brand of the Spanish retail group Industria de Diseño Textil, known as Inditex. Alongside the image on her @rocioosorno account, she wrote to her followers that she was showing them the cosiest matching set she had found at Zara.

The two-piece outfit costs a combined 51.90 euros and pairs a double-breasted knit jacket with wide-leg knit trousers that feature a built-in sock detail at the ankle. Each garment sells separately for 25.95 euros and combines a relaxed silhouette with a soft-textured knit fabric designed for cold-weather dressing.

Zara chocolate brown knit jacket details and price

The top half of the coordinate is a chocolate brown knit jacket that updates the look of a traditional cardigan with structured tailoring details. It features a straight cut, long sleeves, a slightly loose fit, and a double-breasted front button closure that gives the garment a smart finish.

The jacket also includes a raised high neck designed to provide extra warmth as autumn temperatures drop. Because of its loose silhouette and high collar, the piece serves as an alternative to classic mid-season jackets when worn outdoors or layered indoors.

In addition to matching the knit trousers, the chocolate brown jacket pairs easily with blue jeans, black trousers, or skirts. Zara sells the knit jacket in chocolate brown for 25.95 euros under the product reference number 5584/469/717.

Knit trousers with built-in sock cuffs

The standout garment of the two-piece outfit is the matching pair of chocolate brown knit trousers. Zara designed the trousers with a mid-rise waist, an elastic waistband, and a wide-leg silhouette that narrows at the ankle.

At the hem, the trousers feature a puffed, blouson-style finish that flows into a built-in ribbed sock cuff. This integrated sock detail visually lengthens the leg and distinguishes the garment from standard straight-leg knit trousers worn during the colder months.

The tapered ankle cuff also allows the wearer to highlight different styles of footwear. In its catalogue presentation, Zara styles the knit trousers with low-heeled slingback shoes, showing that the design can work in dressier outfits as well as casual daywear.

The trousers are available at Zara in chocolate brown for 25.95 euros under the product reference number 5584/470/717, bringing the total price of Osorno's two-piece set to 51.90 euros.

Chocolate brown monochrome styling for autumn

Chocolate brown has gained prominence across autumn and winter wardrobes as a warm, flattering alternative to black. The rich earth tone combines easily with other seasonal shades such as beige, ecru, burgundy, and light blue.

For her mirror selfie, Osorno wore the jacket and trousers together in a head-to-toe monochromatic look without adding heavy accessories. Wearing both pieces as a matching set creates a cohesive outfit suited to working from home, spending a relaxed weekend, or going out for coffee.

Rocío Osorno and Zara seasonal fashion

Born in Seville, Osorno studied agricultural engineering before training in pattern-making and founding her eponymous fashion label, Rocío Osorno Estudio, which is known for bridalwear, occasion gowns, and flamenco-inspired dresses. Alongside her couture label, she shares regular high-street fashion finds on Instagram, including recent festive picks such as a sequined look from the Elie Saab collection for H&M and glittery Zara party trousers for the Christmas season.

Zara is the largest retail chain within Inditex, the multinational clothing company founded by Amancio Ortega and headquartered in Arteixo, in northwestern Spain. Each autumn, the retailer releases matching knitwear sets coded with three-part numeric product references that identify the garment style, fabric, and colourway for shoppers looking up items online or in stores.
