Former Australian television presenter Rozz Switzer, 54, has revealed she is seeking only no-strings-attached fun with younger men rather than a committed relationship.
The mother of three, who has lived as a single parent and has not been in a relationship for ten years, has reinvented herself as an online content creator for MILF hunters.
Switzer explained that she lives by a personal dating philosophy she calls the Jaguar effect.

"I'm embracing what I call the Jaguar effect," Switzer told the Daily Mail. "The pumas are the girls in their 30s, the cougars are in their 40s but the 50s onward is the jaguars. As you know, jaguars are the pinnacle of the cat world, the apex predator!"
She added that jaguars sit at the top of the feline hierarchy. "Nothing is above them in the food chain. They are solitary by nature... they don't need anyone. Single and thriving. Rather than chasing, I let things come to me and I choose."
"Think of the car, they didn't call it a cougar, they called it a Jaguar because it is sleek and sophisticated," she said, noting that adopting the mindset helped her feel sexy and confident in her mid-fifties.
Switzer said she reached her fifties and now fully enjoys her independence without feeling a need for a partner in her life. "I got all the way to my 50s and now I am enjoying them! I am now so busy and I don't need a man in my life to give me the things I already have," she explained.
"If I like the company I will have the company. It's the Jaguar effect, I get to pick and choose. It doesn't have to have any connection at all, it is all for fun and pleasure!"
Dating Rules for Younger Men
Switzer issued a clear warning to younger men who attempt to pursue women in their fifties, stressing that she expects a direct and no-nonsense approach.
"We don't date. We are probably just using them for the same thing they are using us for. A jaguar woman knows exactly what she wants, there is no drama or games," she said. "You know what you are here for. If you can't provide good fun with a no-fuss attitude, then don't bother! We are not interested."
Switzer first attracted public attention regarding her dating life in 2024 when she disclosed that she had hot men in their twenties lining up to date her.
She noted that younger men see MILFs as real women who can look them in the eye and hold a conversation without playing with their phones, and who know exactly what they want in bed.
Fitness Routine and Age-Defying Appearance
The former television star looks years younger than 54 and attributes her physical condition to a regular exercise routine.
"I've exercised all my life. If I don't make the gym four or five times a week I feel it with a loss of energy and mental focus. I need that hour alone at the gym where I can focus on beating myself," Switzer said.
"That moment where you go, 'if I can just push a little bit more weight or run a bit longer, I will feel like I have achieved something.' It is that mental love of wanting your body to get better, so your mind gets better. Those go hand-in-hand."
Background in Australian Television and Future Plans
Switzer is a familiar figure to Australian television viewers, having established a decades-long career across the 1990s and 2000s as a television presenter and the self-styled Queen of Home Shopping. Home shopping broadcasts became a staple of commercial network television during that era.
Her screen career also included acting roles in television series and films such as the Gold Coast drama Paradise Beach, the daytime soap opera Pacific Drive, and the 1995 thriller film Blackwater Trail.
Switzer stated that she feels much better now than she did in her twenties and is setting ambitious goals for the upcoming years. "I am coming out with a vengeance, bigger and better," she said. "I want older women to embrace who they are, and I'll be sharing that message with a lot more people."
