Colombian singer-songwriter Santiago Cruz will open his "Tour Sigo en Pie" on September 16, 2026, in Bogotá, a run that will also take him to the United States, Europe and Mexico.
Over the course of a week, Cruz will play four concerts at three venues in the Colombian capital, each built around a different side of his catalogue and of what he has described as a new stage in his career.
Four Nights, Three Venues
The run opens on September 16 at Teatro Panorama with "Fragmentos en Concierto," a show timed to coincide with the release of "Fragmentos," Cruz's eleventh studio album. It will be the first time he performs all 11 songs from the record live.
The Teatro Panorama date will also include a conversation between Cruz and his friend, actor Juan Pablo Raba, about the stories, emotions and experiences behind the album.
Sold-Out Shows and a Fan-Chosen Setlist
On September 17, Cruz moves to Teatro Jorge Eliécer Gaitán for "Fragmentos Olvidados | Lados B, Elige el Setlist," a show built around songs from his back catalogue that rarely make his regular setlists. For this date, the audience will choose the 10 songs that make up the show.
The following night, September 18, the same venue hosts the official presentation of "Tour Sigo en Pie." That concert has already sold out and will later travel to other cities in Colombia and abroad. Cruz will mix his best-known hits with tracks from "Fragmentos" in a show framed as a celebration of a career spanning more than two decades.
Closing at Teatro Colón
The Bogotá run closes on September 22 at Teatro Colón with "Fragmentos Íntimos, Piano y Voz," a show that has also sold out. For this stripped-down format, Cruz will be accompanied only by piano, with his lyrics and voice at the center of the performance.
Inside the New Album
"Fragmentos," the record at the center of the residency, brings together 11 songs, 10 of them new and one a cover. The album deals with themes of absence, fragility and the passage of time.
Ahead of the album's release, Cruz put out three songs that previewed this new stage of his work: "Donde Quiera Que Estés," written in memory of his father; "4 Vasos y 1 Florero," a collaboration with Uruguayan musician Cardellino; and "Sigo en Pie," the track that gives the tour its name.
More Than Two Decades in Music
Cruz has built a career spanning more than 20 years and is regarded as one of the leading voices of Colombian pop and Spanish-language music. Born in the Colombian department of Tolima, he has released 10 studio albums and received six Latin Grammy nominations, including for Best Singer-Songwriter Album, Record of the Year and Best Singer-Songwriter Song.
In 2021, Cruz published his first book, "Diciembre, otra vez," in which he wrote about episodes from his personal and artistic life and reflected on music, the industry and his own process of change.
In recent years he has expanded his international profile with projects including "Nueve" and "Quince de Caminos," touring Colombia, Mexico, the United States, Europe and other parts of Latin America. He has also sold out shows at the Movistar Arena in Bogotá.
With "Fragmentos" and "Tour Sigo en Pie," Cruz begins a new chapter in 2026, with a tour aimed at strengthening his connection with audiences and bringing his music to new stages in Colombia and beyond.
