Former model Shanina Shaik and her music executive boyfriend Ryan Press are expecting a child together, the 35-year-old announced on social media on Thursday.
Shaik shared the news alongside a gallery of images flaunting her growing baby bump. Writing beside the carousel, she expressed her excitement about expanding her family with Press.
"Ryan and I are so excited to welcome a little one into our world," she wrote. "It's been so special holding onto this just between us for a little while, watching it become more real every day."
Shaik, who already shares son Zai with former partner Matthew Adesuyan, added that watching her child prepare for the new arrival has been a highlight.
"And for my Zai, watching him become a big brother is a whole new kind of magic... I already know he's going to be the best!" she wrote. "A new little life, a new chapter, and so much love ahead. Our hearts are full, and we can't wait to meet you."
Many of Shaik's celebrity friends took to the comments section to offer their well wishes. Tammy Hembrow gushed, "Beautiful!" while US reality TV star Kristin Cavallari added, "Congrats." Brazilian model Alessandra Ambrosio also wrote, "Beautiful couple."
Past relationships
In September 2022, Shaik welcomed her first child, son Zai, with her ex-boyfriend Matthew Adesuyan. It is unclear when Shaik and Adesuyan parted ways as the couple never publicly announced their separation.
In 2018, Shaik married DJ Ruckus, also known as Gregory Andrews. They separated after just one year.
Modelling career
Shaik has been working full-time as a model since 2008. Her big break came three years later when she was cast in the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show.
She has also walked for Diesel, Oscar De La Renta, Tom Ford, Vivienne Westwood, and Stella McCartney.
Shaik had her first taste of the industry as a child when she modelled for Hyundai. However, she stopped soon after to focus on her education.
