Actress Sienna Miller has shared a series of summer family photographs on Instagram, revealing she introduced her newborn baby boy to model Cara Delevingne.
The 44-year-old film star posted an image showing her infant son, whose name has not been made public, sitting on Delevingne's knee while holding hands with the British model.
Delevingne, 34, acknowledged the post by commenting with a string of heart emojis, while singer Rita Ora also commented under the gallery to express that she missed the actress.
The social media upload featured multiple photographs of Miller alongside her fiancé Oli Green, who recently proposed to her weeks after they welcomed their second child together.
In one mirror selfie included in the gallery, Miller wore a crochet dress paired with a straw hat and sunglasses as she posed beside Green.

Miller is an American-born British actress who achieved international acclaim in films such as Layer Cake, Alfie and Factory Girl, later starring in American Sniper, Foxcatcher and the television drama Anatomy of a Scandal. Delevingne is a prominent British fashion model and actress who rose to fame working with luxury houses Burberry and Chanel before starring in films such as Paper Towns and Suicide Squad. Green is an actor and model who has appeared in television series including The Crown and modeled for high-profile fashion campaigns. Ora is a British singer and television personality who gained prominence with chart-topping singles including Hot Right Now and How We Do.

The mother of three also shared a video clip of 29-year-old Green pushing their baby in a pram while flashing a beaming smile at the camera.
Additional images from the summer collection showed Miller enjoying personal rest and relaxation, including lying down for a massage and having her hair styled while wearing a cosmetic face mask.

Surprise Pregnancy and Natural Labor
The candid social media update follows reflective comments Miller made last month regarding unexpected pregnancies in her 40s after previously doubting she would expand her family.
Speaking in an interview with Vogue magazine, Miller explained that she had wanted another child for a long time but did not believe it would happen after turning 40.
Miller told Vogue that she had previously made peace with having just one child, adding that becoming pregnant again was such a surprise and bonus that she felt euphoric and existentially relieved.

Vogue is a long-running monthly fashion and lifestyle publication produced by media company Condé Nast and regarded as one of the world's most influential fashion magazines. Prior to her relationship with Green, Miller was in a relationship with English actor Tom Sturridge, known for his starring role in the Netflix fantasy series The Sandman as well as films including Being Julia. Miller and Sturridge share a 14-year-old daughter, Marlowe.
Miller and Green welcomed their first child together, a daughter, in early 2024 before the arrival of their baby boy in May.
Reflecting on her earlier experience of motherhood, Miller revealed that first-time parenting with Marlowe had been challenging because postpartum support received significantly less public focus at the time.

Having undergone an emergency caesarean section with her first daughter, Miller admitted she felt disappointed and felt as though she had failed during a difficult postpartum recovery.
Caesarean section, or C-section, is a surgical procedure in which a baby is delivered through incisions in the abdomen and uterus. After experiencing two previous C-sections, Miller planned and prepared for a natural labor when expecting her third child this year.
She told Vogue that attempting a natural labor after two C-sections was considered rare, but confirmed she successfully achieved her goal during the birth in May.

Postpartum Recovery and Early Work Return
To prepare for the birth, Miller enlisted the guidance of Dr Gowri Motha and the Gentle Birth Method program, a birth preparation system that blends self-hypnosis and visualization techniques with traditional Ayurvedic teachings.
Ayurveda is a traditional system of holistic medicine originating in India that emphasizes balance between mind, body, and spirit through natural techniques and wellness practices.
Despite successfully completing the natural birth and receiving postpartum care, Miller expressed regret over returning to professional commitments too quickly after the delivery.
Just five weeks after giving birth, Miller made an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, a major American late-night talk show broadcast on NBC from Rockefeller Center in New York City.
Reflecting on the television appearance, Miller acknowledged that the experience was too much, stating that while she believed she could manage it, the process was complicated and hard.
Miller had initially announced the arrival of her third child in May with a brief statement saying her tiny baby was in the next room.
She had first publicly revealed her third pregnancy in December, showcasing her baby bump on the red carpet at the annual Fashion Awards ceremony held in London.
