Svetlana Zeynalova, a 49-year-old Russian television presenter, has surprised fans with a video from the gym, posted to her personal Telegram channel.

Telegram is one of the most widely used social platforms in Russia, and many celebrities there post directly to fans through their own channels.
The footage shows the well-known host performing a set of exercises on a gym mat.
Zeynalova has worked as a television presenter in Russia for many years and is widely recognized by viewers. She has previously admitted that losing weight does not come easily to her, which is why she spends a great deal of time in the gym. She has also said she is unhappy with her figure, and that fighting the flaws in her body became harder for her after she turned 40.
In the caption to the post, Zeynalova said that ahead of turning 50, she could say she was now in better shape than she had been at 20, both mentally and physically. She added that girls and boys should grow and mature calmly, because the best years are still ahead.
Fans responded enthusiastically in the comments. One person called her a clever woman, another described her as gorgeous, and a third wrote simply that the video was amazing.
Yuri Dud also shared shirtless footage
Earlier in September, journalist Yuri Dud also surprised fans with a video showing off his physique without a shirt. Dud rose to prominence as the host of "vDud," a Russian-language interview show in which he has spoken with public figures, politicians and celebrities.
Russia's Justice Ministry has placed Dud on its register of "foreign agents." Individuals and organizations added to the list are required to label their public content accordingly and face additional legal restrictions in Russia. Russia introduced its foreign agent law in 2012, initially targeting non-governmental organizations before later expanding it to include individual journalists, bloggers and other media figures.
