Tammy Hembrow has sparked fresh engagement rumours after her 23-year-old boyfriend Grayson Te Moana shared a cryptic video of the fitness mogul flashing a huge diamond ring.
The 32-year-old influencer appeared to be wearing a sizeable sparkler on her left hand in a recent TikTok posted by the Sydney-based model, who began dating Hembrow in February.
Te Moana added further fuel to the speculation by captioning the clip with a ring emoji and a dancing man emoji, prompting followers to rush to the comments to speculate about whether the couple could be heading for the altar.
"This is getting out of hand," one person wrote. "Here we go again," another added.
Ring belongs to best friend
Eagle-eyed fans were quick to point out that the ring is believed to belong to Hembrow's best friend, Isabella Laws, suggesting the apparent engagement tease may have been another social media stunt.
The latest speculation comes just days after Hembrow and Te Moana were spotted leaving Sydney Airport and travelling to Adelaide in paparazzi footage published by the Daily Mail.
Last Saturday, the loved-up pair waited at their departure gate for a flight to Adelaide, with Hembrow leaning in to Te Moana for a passionate kiss as they sat together waiting to board.
The couple appeared completely wrapped up in each other, with Hembrow affectionately holding Te Moana's head as they locked lips.
When asked by the Daily Mail if an engagement was in their future, Hembrow cheekily responded with "maybe." Asked what had prompted the pair's trip to South Australia, she was coy, joking it was a "surprise."
Pregnancy joke added to the frenzy
The loved-up outing came after Te Moana recently sparked a frenzy by appearing to joke that Hembrow was pregnant with their first child.
The aspiring influencer shared a photo of Hembrow filling in a waiver form on her phone, with one question asking whether she was pregnant. Hembrow appeared to select the option indicating she was in her first trimester.
Te Moana quickly appeared to pour cold water on the idea, captioning the post "Fun waiver joke." That did little to stop fans from wondering whether there could be more to the story.
Tammy Hembrow's family and past relationships
Hembrow has three children from previous relationships. She shares son Wolf, 11, and daughter Saskia, nine, with ex-fiance Reece Hawkins, and is also mother to daughter Posy, four, whom she shares with ex-fiance Matt Poole.
These days, Hembrow appears firmly focused on her romance with Te Moana. The pair first sparked romance rumours when they were spotted locking lips on the Gold Coast in March, shortly after publicly confirming their relationship.
They had already "hard-launched" their romance at the Australian premiere of Wuthering Heights in Sydney in February.
Te Moana is the latest in a string of high-profile romances for Hembrow, who previously enjoyed a short-lived interstate relationship with footy star Bailey Smith. She was previously married to Love Island Australia star Matt Zukowski from November 2024 until June last year, with the pair confirming they had parted ways after seven months of marriage.
