Fitness influencer Tammy Hembrow's company Saski Collection is being sued for $63,522.96 by an investment firm over an alleged breach of agreement. Me Investments lodged the court case against the activewear business in Southport Magistrates Court on April 13.

The 32-year-old influencer closed Saski Collection in December 2025. Reports quickly emerged that the company owed $27,618.47 in rental arrears for the Gold Coast warehouse it operated from in Robina.

Me Investments owns the Robina building that housed the activewear brand's headquarters and warehouse. It remains unclear whether the lawsuit relates to the allegedly overdue rent.

Managing Director Marcel Elias confirmed that Me Investments launched legal action against Saski Collection. "I confirm that proceeding M3928/26 in the Magistrates Court of Queensland at Southport, ME Investment Funds Pty Ltd v Saski Collection Pty Ltd and Another, is a matter of public record, and the court file speaks for itself," Elias said.

Elias added that he would not comment further on the ongoing case. "As the proceeding is before the Court, it would not be appropriate for me to comment further, and I do not intend to do so," he added.

Daily Mail reached out to Hembrow, but has not received a reply from her representatives.

In December, Hembrow denied owing more than $27,600 in unpaid rent after Saski Collection was issued with a property repossession notice. Davidson Property, the lessor, seized the Gold Coast premises and terminated the lease on December 1, claiming the business was in rental arrears of $27,618.47.

The lease termination occurred just one week after Hembrow announced she was closing the activewear brand. When approached for comment, a spokesperson for the fitness influencer denied that any rent was outstanding.

"All these matters are in dispute. There is no rent outstanding," a spokesperson said. "There is absolutely no truth to that. As the matters are legal in nature, no further comment will be made."

Warehouse Lease Terminated Over Rent Dispute

A photo of the notice, which was taped to the window of the unit, was taken on December 5 and provided to Daily Mail. According to the notice, Hembrow's business, which she launched nearly a decade ago in 2017, was first issued with a Notice to Remedy Breach of Covenant on November 13.

The notice said she was required to pay the sum of $27,618.47 no later than 4.00pm, Friday 28 November, 2025. It said the business failed to pay the arrears to the lessor within the required time.

"The lessor hereby terminates the lease as of today's date [December 1] and confirms it has re-taken possession of the premises," the notice read.

The notice stated that termination was without prejudice to the lessor's right to recover any further costs that arise as a result of occupation of the premises. It noted these potential costs included rental up to when the lessor receives rental from a new tenant, property make good costs, legal fees incurred by the Lessor, locksmith costs and agents re-letting fees.

Supplements Brand Selfish Supps Shows Signs of Trouble

It comes after Daily Mail revealed in May that Hembrow may be set to close her supplements company Selfish Supps, as signs had begun to appear the brand could be in trouble. Hembrow launched the women's sports nutrition brand in April 2025 with her sisters Emilee and Amy.

However, a look at the Instagram account for the supplement brand shows that no posts have been made on the page since April 11, just a few days before Me Investments sued Saski Collection.

At the time, a representative of Hembrow's told Daily Mail the matter of overdue rent was 'in dispute'. Now, the company that owns the Robina building, Me Investments, has lodged a court case against Saski Collection with the Southport Magistrates Court, though it is unclear if this is in relation t

The Hembrow sisters had been consistently posting on the account each week until that point, with the last upload being a core workout by Tammy. Selfish has also seemingly failed to attract meaningful engagement online, with uploads garnering only a handful of comments, despite boasting 16,700 followers.

The final video uploaded by Tammy only featured three comments, one of which was negative. "Promoting a health product does not align with your current lifestyle. People won't buy it because of that," the person wrote.

The website also appears to have gone quiet. While the page is still up and running, and customers can still purchase from the site, the Insights section hasn't seen a post since January. Articles were once regularly written and shared to the Insights page, providing nutritional tips and tricks for buyers, but the last upload was made on January 30.

Hembrow also seemed to hint there was trouble behind the scenes with the company when she recently removed the name of the brand from her Instagram bio, though she promptly re-added it without explanation. Her sister Emilee has also removed the company from her bio, though Amy still promotes it in hers.
