Canadian pop star The Weeknd will perform three consecutive concerts at the Riyadh Air Metropolitano stadium in Madrid starting on Friday, August 28.
More than 150,000 tickets have been sold for the three Madrid dates, which form a major highlight of the singer's ongoing European tour.
The concerts will take place on Friday, August 28, Saturday, August 29, and Sunday, August 30. High demand prompted organisers to add all three dates to the Madrid leg of his After Hours Til Dawn stadium tour.
The Weeknd, whose real name is Abel Tesfaye, is a Canadian R&B and pop artist known for global hit singles and cinematic stage productions. The Riyadh Air Metropolitano is the home stadium of football club Atletico Madrid and regularly hosts major international concerts.

The concert repertoire will cover key stages of the artist's career, focusing on the album trilogy made up of After Hours from 2020, Dawn FM from 2022, and Hurry Up Tomorrow from 2025.
Fans attending the shows can expect to hear several of his biggest hits, including Blinding Lights, Save Your Tears, and Starboy, which have become central to modern pop music culture.
The production features a visual design centered on nocturnal themes, synthesisers, and immersive lighting. Officials at the Riyadh Air Metropolitano described the After Hours Til Dawn show as a cinematic experience created to suit large stadium venues.

The trio of performances makes Madrid one of the primary stops on the current leg of the tour. The strong ticket sales reflect the singer's popularity across Spain, where he will continue his tour shortly after concluding the Madrid shows.
Following the final night at the Metropolitano on Sunday, August 30, The Weeknd will travel to Barcelona. He is scheduled to perform at the Estadi Olimpic Lluis Companys on September 1.
