Tom Sandoval accused his ex-girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson of physically abusing him and insulting his genitals in a new declaration filed in their restraining order case. The Vanderpump Rules alum, 43, made the claims in Los Angeles Superior Court on Monday, describing an incident he says took place last fall in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, while he was touring with his band Tom Sandoval and the Most Extras.
Sandoval said in the legal documents that Robinson, 34, "kicked [him] repeatedly in the groin area while hurling expletives and insults" in front of others on October 10, 2025. He said Robinson had consumed drugs and alcohol to the point that venue security had to physically carry her from the concert venue back to the tour bus because she could not walk on her own.
When he returned to the bus to check on her, Sandoval said, Robinson kicked his groin while yelling, "You have a tiny f***ing penis! F*** you!" He said the physical assault happened both inside and outside the bus.
Sandoval said Robinson was present for "portions of the tour" and engaged in behavior he called "illicit and highly disruptive." He claimed multiple venues raised concerns about her backstage drug use, prompting his band manager and musical director to suggest banning her from the rest of the tour.
Stress on tour and on stage
Sandoval said Robinson demanded constant communication through calls, texts and FaceTime, and that he dealt with "distress and anxiety" as a result. He claimed she called him more than twenty times during an August 2025 performance on America's Got Talent, leaving him "frazzled, anxious, and had difficulty focusing" by the time he went on.
He said that after "a highly publicized scandal" in 2023, he struggled with his self-esteem, and that Robinson reinforced those insecurities by telling him he was "not a real man" and that his career and reality television appearances were embarrassing. Sandoval said he stayed in the relationship because he felt trapped in a cycle of manipulation and isolation, and was afraid of what she might do if he left.
Sandoval said Robinson repeatedly told him and others that she would destroy his life and "get the Ariana [Madix] treatment," a reference to the attention and career opportunities his former girlfriend received after their breakup.
Robinson denies the claims
Robinson denied the allegations in a statement to TMZ. "I did not kick Tom, and I did not touch him. I had taken a shot and asked him to take care of me; he chose not to," she said. "I went back to bed on the bus and asked him to keep the noise down. That's what actually happened. I am trying to move on with my life, and I keep getting pulled back into this."
A representative for Sandoval told the Daily Mail that abuse against men is too often not taken seriously, adding that physical assault is against the law and that verbal attacks, coercive control and intimidation are unacceptable regardless of gender. The representative said Sandoval's account is supported by eyewitnesses, including his band manager, and in some instances video evidence.
Restraining orders and the June 3 incident
Jason Bader, the manager and drummer of Tom Sandoval & The Most Extras, told the Daily Mail he witnessed Robinson punch, kick and spit at Sandoval "several times" on tour. "She is the worst person I have ever met in my entire life. I have never met someone so two-faced, manipulative and evil," he said.
Bader spoke out after Sandoval was granted a restraining order against Robinson, who was arrested following an alleged attack last month. Sandoval was also granted a restraining order against her father, J. Will Robinson, after claiming the two were abusive toward him during a June 3 exchange that left him with multiple injuries. Video footage showed Sandoval arguing with the pair at their shared Los Angeles home before he pushed Will, who fell into a lit brick fire pit after trying to pull Sandoval away from his daughter.
Sandoval said he had accused Robinson of filming him without consent and was trying to take her phone when Will allegedly lunged at him. Will disputed the account, telling TMZ he "lifted Tom off of my daughter because he was overpowering and twisting her arm." The LAPD later arrested Robinson after questioning how truthful she had been in their interview; she was released on bond.
Court filings state that Robinson hit Sandoval in the head and face repeatedly, causing blurred vision along with ear and neck injuries. Sandoval included photos of the alleged injuries in his filing. Robinson also sought a temporary domestic violence restraining order against Sandoval, but a Los Angeles Superior Court judge denied it. Bader said he never saw Sandoval retaliate physically, noting Sandoval is a wrestler capable of defending himself but prefers to de-escalate.
Bader's account of life on tour
Bader said the June 3 incident was not the first time Robinson had been physical with Sandoval, recalling that security had to pull her away from him during the October 10 Fort Lauderdale show. He called Robinson a "fame-hungry, ruthless sadist" who boasted about plans to "ruin" Sandoval's life.
Bader claimed he once heard Robinson scream at Sandoval, "I am going to ruin you. I am going to get the Ariana treatment. I hate you. I don't want to be with you." He said Sandoval "lived in fear" and that Robinson tried to control him around the clock, recalling hearing her screaming and fighting with Sandoval from his room at the back of the tour bus while the band tried to sleep in their bunks.
The tumult reportedly nearly split up the band, which had reached the quarterfinals of America's Got Talent the previous year. Bader said Robinson would bring fans back to party after shows, frustrating Sandoval and the rest of the band, and said he is willing to give evidence to police, lawyers or a court without payment.
Bader, who has been friends with Sandoval for six years, said the two years Robinson spent on tour with the band were "stressful and uncomfortable" and that she "always caused problems with her attention seeking."
The trumpet incident and band interventions
Bader described one alleged incident in which Sandoval played his trumpet outside the bus after a show and Robinson became angry, running out and punching him in the chest and head while kicking and spitting at him. He said she was quickly escorted back onto the bus so fans would not see and embarrass Sandoval. "I've never seen anything like that in my life. It was insane," he said.
Bader said the band staged interventions, asking Sandoval not to bring Robinson to more shows; she ended up coming to fewer performances as a compromise. He said he threatened to leave the band several times and regrets not calling the police, believing the relationship would have ended sooner if officers had seen Sandoval's injuries.
Bader also claimed Robinson changed the passwords to the band's social media accounts and once said, "I hate this band and I'll do everything I can to destroy it." He said Sandoval apologized to his bandmates during his birthday earlier this month, telling them, "I am so sorry." Asked whether the couple could reunite, Bader said, "Tom is done with her. The restraining order stops her manipulation - legally. It's over."
Sandoval's original filing and Robinson's legal response
Sandoval confirmed Bader's version of events when contacted. The Daily Mail also reached out to Robinson for comment but she did not respond.
In his original request for a domestic violence restraining order, which was granted, Sandoval alleged Robinson punched his face, struck his neck, threw a full Gatorade bottle at him, verbally assaulted him, accessed and changed passwords on his phone and social media accounts without his knowledge, spread falsities about him online and deleted evidence of her alleged abuse from his phone.
Robinson's representatives at the McCune Law Group denied Sandoval's version of events in a July 9 statement, saying Robinson has been widely portrayed as the aggressor in a domestic dispute since June 3, a portrayal they said is inconsistent with her account and the visual evidence. They noted no criminal charges have been filed against her.
