Brazilian creative duo Two Lost Kids, sisters Thalita and Gabriela Zukeram, have launched a global footwear collaboration with sustainable sneaker brand VEJA.
The collection follows their victory at Meta's 2025 Rings Awards, an honor often described as the Oscars of Instagram. The social media giant created the prize to recognize digital creators who demonstrate exceptional originality, authenticity, and cultural impact.
The new partnership introduces two fresh interpretations of VEJA's Panenka sneaker model. Both versions draw aesthetic inspiration from the world of football while featuring an unconventional, asymmetrical silhouette.
In line with the footwear maker's ecological standards, the trainers are constructed with Amazonian rubber, traceable leather, and organic cotton. The design also utilizes EVA materials of biological and recycled origin in the sole and cushioning.
Visual details include the signature VEJA V logo in contrasting shades on the sides of the shoes and the Two Lost Kids name embroidered across the heel. Each pair comes supplied with two sets of shoelaces, allowing wearers to create different styling combinations.
From teenage project to global fashion
The collaboration represents a major step forward for the sisters, who were born in Maringá, a city in the interior of the southern Brazilian state of Paraná. They founded Two Lost Kids in 2011 when they were still teenagers.
What began as a personal portfolio built around a colorful, creative, and carefully curated social media feed quickly gained traction. The duo soon established themselves as an influential benchmark in the advertising and creative industries thanks to their striking visual aesthetic.
Known for their playful mixture of fashion, visual art, and irreverence, the sisters spent years expanding their audience online before partnering directly with major brands. Their win at the Meta Rings Awards solidified their reputation as leading figures in digital culture.
Football inspiration and sustainable materials
The global footwear launch builds on an existing relationship between the creators and the shoe company. In 2023, Thalita and Gabriela Zukeram took their first collaborative step with VEJA by directing the creative campaign for a product release in Brazil.
VEJA, founded in 2004, has established a worldwide following by manufacturing sneakers made with sustainable materials and fair trade principles. The French brand sources wild Amazonian rubber directly from local harvesters and manufactures its footwear in Brazil, making the creative union with the Brazilian duo a natural progression.
The VEJA x Two Lost Kids Panenka collection is available now in a limited edition release. The sneakers are priced at 780 Brazilian reais and can be purchased through VEJA's official website and at the brand's retail stores.
