Vick Hope shared new pictures of herself frolicking in the garden with her son Micah, 12 months old, in an Instagram post on Monday, days after revealing she is taking a break from her BBC Radio 1 show to spend time with her family.

The 36-year-old presenter wore a white and blue minidress with a puffball skirt, paired with loafers, for the outing. She tagged Jessica McCormack jewellery and appeared to be wearing several pieces from the brand, including a pearl bracelet and necklace.

Hope wore her curly black hair loose and opted for a soft, natural palette of make-up. Her post included a picture of Micah walking on the grass, as well as a shot of her hand showing off her engagement and wedding rings.

She revealed on her Instagram stories that she is currently in Scotland with her family, where she had been watching her husband, the DJ Calvin Harris, perform at Hampden Park.
Break from Radio 1
The garden pictures come after Hope revealed she is taking a break from Radio 1 to "be with her family", just four months after returning to work. She went back to her show in February after welcoming Micah last year, and is now stepping away again ahead of her husband's usual club season at Ushuaïa in Ibiza.

Sharing a candid snap of herself breast pumping at work, Hope wrote: "Have really enjoyed returning to the airwaves for a lovely (albeit crazy busy) few months of phased return from maternity/KIT days on Radio 1, slipping back into things alongside my freelance contracts & commitments.
"Unbelievable that Micah is almost 1! So while he's still so small and summer touring season is upon us, this is my last show for a little while as I take my final installment of leave over the coming months so our family can be together."
Micah's birth in Ibiza
Hope and Harris, who married in 2023, announced Micah's arrival in an Instagram post in August, following his birth on 20 July.

Hope had a home water birth at the couple's property in Ibiza, where she had flown after beginning her maternity leave.
Harris shared a candid photograph of his wife in the birthing pool and a tender shot of himself with the baby shortly after the birth. Announcing the arrival, he wrote: "20th of July, our boy arrived. Micah is here! My wife is a superhero and I am in complete awe of her primal wisdom! Just so grateful. We love you so much Micah."
He also included a photograph of Hope's placenta, which was later dried, ground into a powder and turned into pills, a process known as placenta encapsulation.
Who is Calvin Harris
Harris, whose real name is Adam Wiles, is a former supermarket shelf stacker who has become one of the highest-earning DJs in the world. In 2020, he sold the rights to his back catalogue to an investment firm for a reported £76 million.
In a recent interview, he said he plans to stop DJing within the next decade. "I always said that once I get past 50, I can't see me DJing," he said. "The more commercial end [of DJing], it gets a little bit suspect. I think I'd prefer to be in the studio making tunes."
Earlier family pictures
In January, Hope shared rare pictures of Micah and Harris on Instagram, alongside a post marking the family's first Christmas as a trio, in which she wrote: "'Twas the season."

Last month, she posted a further series of rare pictures of Micah, including a photograph of herself cradling him as they took in the morning sunshine in Ibiza. Hope appeared makeup-free in a white dressing gown, holding a mug while looking at her son.
