Russian President Vladimir Putin has issued an official commendation to rapper Alexander Stepanov, who performs under the pseudonym ST and has written songs for Buzova. The document confirming the award was published on the official website for legal acts.
According to the official document, the artist was recognized for his contribution to culture and art, as well as for his many years of work.
Frontline Performance and Military Service
In February 2026, Stepanov performed his songs for Russian National Guard fighters in the Luhansk People's Republic. The rapper said that his concert on the frontline turned out to be an intimate event.
Stepanov previously declared his readiness to serve in the special military operation in Ukraine if drafted. The artist said he had discussed with his wife what he would do if he received a call-up notice.
