Williams, 40, is married to former Made In Chelsea star Spencer Matthews, and the couple already share three children: Gigi, five, Theodore, seven, and Otto, three.

The podcast host, 40, - who is married to ex Made In Chelsea star Spencer Matthews - admitted she was toying with monikers such as Sailor and Rocket

Speaking to co-host Jamie Theakston, Williams said: "I loved Sailor. That was vetoed. Not allowed to have it because the song 'a sailor went to...'." Theakston replied: "Well, that's not the worst. That's not the reason why it's a bad idea. It's got to be a name not an occupation."

Williams then floated another option, telling Theakston: "Rocket. I loved Rocket," to which he responded: "Again, that's not a name that's a vehicle." Williams pushed back, saying: "But think about what you'd want to be called. I'd love to be called Rocket. And from people closest to me, I'd say call me Rocks." Theakston said that as a child he had simply wanted a normal name like Darren, prompting Williams to joke: "I was called Vogue. Imagine how that felt!"

Williams and Matthews announced in April that they were expecting their fourth child. They have since revealed that Williams suffered two miscarriages before falling pregnant, including one loss a year ago that she described as 'awful and heartbreaking'.

The couple married in June 2018 in an intimate ceremony in Scotland while Williams was seven months pregnant with their first child.

Two miscarriages before this pregnancy

Williams said her first miscarriage happened at around four weeks and was 'really upsetting', but she went on to welcome daughter Gigi in 2020. She said the second loss came last year, when she went for a 12-week scan only to be told it 'wasn't really a pregnancy' because the embryo had not grown.

She told Jamie: 'I loved Sailor. That was vetoed. Not allowed to have it because the song 'a sailor went to¿'

Describing the appointment, she said: "He had the pregnancy sac.. but basically the embryo hadn't grown, my body still thought it was pregnant. And usually you just naturally get a miscarriage, but I didn't." She said the doctor told her: "I'm really sorry, it's just, it's not really a pregnancy."

'My body had failed me'

Williams said she had kept the pregnancy largely private and had not yet told her children when the scan revealed the loss. She said she felt 'really embarrassed' and 'upset', adding that she felt like her body had failed her.

She said staff at Chelsea and Westminster NHS Foundation Trust were 'really amazing' with her care. Rather than take tablets, she said she opted for a dilation and curettage procedure because she was due to travel to Spain at the end of that week and wanted to be able to process the loss on her own.

"I was so happy to be going away," she said, "because at least then I didn't have to be.. I was kind of able to just be on my own in my own thoughts and be able to think about it."

Spencer Matthews on the couple's baby news

Speaking earlier this year when the pregnancy was announced, Matthews said: "We're so happy. We feel very.. hard this time round to get to where we wanted. Definitely more bumps in the road in order to actually get pregnant, but obviously we feel really fortunate anyway to have three kids, but this one's been harder to get to that."

Heart Breakfast with Jamie Theakston and Amanda Holden airs weekdays from 6.30am to 10am across the UK and on YouTube.
