Fourth level of infected, Puffer was played by Adam Basil in the first season of The Last of Us

In the fifth episode of the first season, titled “Resist and Survive,” The Last of Us showed a fourth type of infected, the puffer fishwhich appears after about 20 years of fungal infection Cordyceps.
