The award-winning director Bong Joon Ho 2020 Oscar winner for Parasiteswas added to the visitors of the 21st Florence Korea Film Fest which will be held in Florence from March 30 to April 7.
Bong Joon Ho he returns to Florence – where he was already a guest of the festival in 2011, when he was awarded the festival prize and honored with a retrospective of his films – for an exclusive masterclass on his cinema and his multifaceted artistic career entitled “Geometry of the gaze”, which will be held on Thursday, April 6, at 3 pm at the La Compagnia cinema.
We remember his blockbuster works The host (2006), among the most watched films in South Korea; Memoirs of a Murderer – Memories of Murder (2003) Mother (2009), Snowpiercer (2013), to the worldwide success of ParasitesOscar-winning movie in 2020.
