Adsmovil plans Spanish-language streaming platform with advertising –

Spanish mobile advertising network Adsmovil enters the on-demand promotional video market.

Mobile Advertising will launch Nuestra.TV, a free bilingual video-on-demand advertising service aimed at Spanish audiences that will compete with TelevisaUnivision PrendeTV, Telemundo USA and other Spanish-language digital television competitors.

Miami-based Nuestra.TV will launch in the second half of 2022 with over 40 FAST channels, including Narcos Movies and Casa Comedy, and approximately 15,000 hours of premium VOD content. In addition to English and Spanish content for bilingual viewers in the US, Latin America and Spain, Nuestra.TV will also offer a network of Level UP games, podcasts, user generated content, live news and sports including 360 Sports TV and BeIN Sports, Commercial.

“With Nuestra.TV, we are uniquely positioned to provide Spanish-speaking networks with an inclusive and authentic, culturally and linguistically relevant, informative and engaging platform,” said Alberto Pardo, President and CEO of Nuestra. It is said in the television statement.

The new streamer will leverage Adsmovil’s expertise in Spanish consumption and media consumption in a rapidly growing AVOD space. And Adsmovil appeals to US Latinos, especially bilingual viewers who find themselves between Spanish and English TV slots as they switch to streaming platforms.

The Spanish television market accelerated competition when Univision and Mexican television giant Televisa merged to form TelevisaUnivision in January. The deal combines Televisa’s media content and product assets with Univision’s assets to launch a global streaming service later this year.
